Carpeting and your furnishings are one of the biggest investments you can make in your home. There are so many different methods of cleaning, and it can be confusing and frustrating. That’s where my expertise comes in. A-List is owner operated, so you are getting my 30 year's experience, not just some Technician who is going to clean your carpets, like with other companies. I know carpets! I personally and carefully inspect what needs to be cleaned and come up with the best possible method to achieve the best results possible.

Our cleaning methods for most carpets includes hot water extraction/steam. When performed properly, hot water extraction will remove most soil and spots. It will also sanitize carpets and rugs, whereas other methods have less capability of removing contaminants (such as pollen, pesticides, detergents, exhaust, etc.) Depending on the condition of the carpet, our deluxe cleaning methods include pre-inspection, vacuuming and/or pre-treating when necessary spots, stains, traffic areas with our high powered state-of-the-art equipment. We also offer fabric protection on all carpets and fabrics at a reasonable cost to protect your investments. The system we have does not overwet the carpet or leave a sticky residue. We invest in only the finest equipment and products.

Here are some general tips to keep your carpets and upholstery looking the best they can:

Use entry mats and encourage people to take their shoes off.

Vacuum on a regular basis, weekly is usually sufficient.

Blot spills as quickly as possible with white paper towels.

Get your carpets and upholstery cleaned annually.
